It's not too late to get a space! A few remaining...
This year we have improved our layout for increased foot traffic. In order to provide the MAXIMUM foot traffic to our marketplace, we have strategically placed games and attractions so visitors must walk right through the Market Place Booths.

Vendor Information:
- Set-Up begins at 12:00 PM.
- Please arrive no later than 2:00 pm (Student dismissal is at 2:30pm).
- Summer Fest opens at 2:30 pm and closes at 8:00 pm.
- Please enter the main driveway to school and turn into the basketball courts. You will be directed to the back field area where you may park.
- You will be able to drive within 50 feet of your space if you park in the field behind the Marketplace Spots.
- The booth area is 12 x 12 feet which provides ample space for a 10x10 tent.
- Aspen is only providing a spot. No electricity is offered. The vendor will provide a tent and all necessary supplies.
- Cash and tickets will be accepted at concessions .
- Tickets will be accepted at Games and Attractions, not Vendor Booths.
- Specific areas cannot be requested (except for Platinum Sponsors in Prime Booth Locations).
- This is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be given.

Once you submit your information, you will be contacted for additional information and/or methods of payment. Your reservation will be complete once payment has been received. Thank you! Please note: Platinum Sponsors of $1,000 are offered TITLE and EXCLUSIVE category sponsorship. We may not be able to offer you a space depending on your business type. |
