Danny JonokuchiDanny Jonokuchi
Danny Jonokuchi, at age 20, has been playing trumpet for over ten years. While attending Agoura High School's prestigious music program he decided he would pursue a career in music. Now he is enrolled at Temple University's Boyer College of Music in Philadelphia as a Jazz Performance major. Through his years performing he has shared the stage with Wynton Marsalis, Branford Marsalis, Wycliffe Gordon, Karrin Allyson, Savion Glover, Carla Cook, and many others. At the age of 18 he began the gargantuan project of running his own 17 piece Jazz Orchestra. The Bugaboo Big Band, as it was called, consisted of many young and talented musicians from the Los Angeles area. In Philadelphia, he currently leads a group called the Danny Jonokuchi Experiment which is a Jazz Fusion ensemble aimed at bridging the gap between the jazz audience and the average listener. His longtime project is The Danny Jonokuchi Group, which performs the standard jazz repertoire and original music inspired by it. The group strives to revitalize different eras of the Jazz tradition with unique arrangements and energetic solos.

Dulcet Trey BandDulcet Trey
Dulcet Trey arose simply from a common love of playing music within the UCLA community. An act of fate placed singer/keyboardist Latoya Raveneau in adjacent housing to guitarist Jaryd Block and drummer Jonathon Salfity. What began in the dorms as the "Sweet Three" has evolved into a functioning and dedicated West LA act. The addition of the talented vocalist Alexander Belmont tied with the bands growing experience has established a new level of performance for Dulcet Trey. What remains is respect for a wide range of music and originality. By combining a jam atmosphere, with reggae, ska, and upbeat rock and roll, Dulcet Trey has taken the organic dorm act to the main stage.
